The training was led by Ben Hunt-Davis and the experts from \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/willitmaketheboatgofaster.com\/\">Will It Make The Boat Go Faster?<\/a>\u2019, the event aimed to inspire and empower our team to achieve greatness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With a focus on leadership and performance, the team from \u2018Will It Make The Boat Go Faster?\u2019 delivered an engaging workshop focusing on how leaders and teams can define their ambition and achieve what they never thought was possible. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following the inspiring session, we gathered for an awards ceremony to honour the outstanding contributions and achievements of our team members. It was a great occasion where we recognised both individual excellence and collective accomplishments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We applaud our award recipients and all our Group employees for their dedication, passion, and hard work.
