Alan is a chartered accountant with over 20 years\u2019 experience in finance leadership roles in life science companies. Alan previously spent 16 years at Sinclair Pharma, 12 as Chief Financial Officer, playing a key role in transforming the business into a fast growth global aesthetics business, initially as an AIM listed group and subsequently under private ownership following the sale to Huadong Medicine Co Ltd (China) in 2018.
